I got confirmation from support that this is using ArduPilot firmware and MAVLink, but connectivity to MAVLink GCSs like QGroundControl, Solex, MissionPlanner wasn’t really a goal, nor was RTSP streaming to such.
That whole platform looks sick, especially the camera! This would be a worthy Solo successor.
