Software will not run - first install - message additional software required

I am getting the following prompt trying to install the software:

An additional software package (Visual C++ Resditributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013) is required to run WebODM. You will need to download and install it. Do you want to download it now?

I clicked yes and it is already installed so I clicked repair.

It reinstall and then I try again and get the same message.

How do I fix this?

Hi are you by any chance on Windows 7?

If so, Windows 7 is not supported (you need at least Windows 8). Can you upgrade to Windows 10 or 11?

I do have Windows 7 on my desktop. Installed on a laptop. Thanks for letting me know.
