Hi all! I’m having a problem with WebODM including more pictures that I took on the Ortho. I have triend with a jeoSON shape and also without auto-boundary. On the pic it shows the pics taken, but the map stops before them.

Im not quite sure if this is the info that you asked for. I made the polygon on google earth, saved it as kml then changed it to jeoSON using mapshaper.org.

pleaser refer to this documentation. I suspect something happened when creating the boundary file in google then converting in mapshaper.
Perhaps try creating a new boundary file using either geojson.io or qgis, then rerun your dataset using the boundary file.

The new geojson from geojson.io didnt work, had the same result as the previous.
What I did was changed the crop to 0 insted of the predetermined 3. Still had a small corner that was missing, but was a big improvement
Drawing a boundary using Google Maps, such as with geojson.io, can lead to misplaced boundaries due to errors in the mapping by Google.
A bit of trial and error by analyzing which bits are missing and which bits are excess, then re-drawing in geojson.io can solve the problem.
What version are you running?
When running the latest version you can also draw the boundary JSON before you start uploading your images.
When you want to re-process your images with a boundary JSON you can use geojson.io or qgis.
