I never recieved an email when I purchased the windows version. Maybe email was wrong. I submitted an email to help. How long does this take?

We typically aim for 48 hours or less, though sometimes workload and other factors slow us down. Several of the email providers delay delivery – they deliver the receipt email and then delay the fulfillment email, which is very strange and unfortunately something that is quite difficult to control. Adding that delivery email to your address book will help the algorithm and thus help others.
In the meantime, I have manually emailed the fulfillment email, which will hopefully bypass the filters. Let me know if that doesn’t work.
