How do i process with Lightning Network?

I used web ODM a long time ago just to see how it worked- now i need it and cant remember how to use it. None of the other posts i have read help me understand what i need to do.
If i go from the dashboard and click on Lightning Network and then under nodes click on lightning- it takes me to a page where i can enter my info in DOS -which i have no idea what to do with

Are you a paying Lightning customer? If not, you can process locally without using the Lightning nodes, and there is really nothing you need to adjust to get a Task processed.
