I fly with Autel Robotic drones, the EVO II and the Max4T,
When I have finished a mission, and processed this mission in WebOdm, then I have a 3D image from this project.
How can I send this mission to the contractor of the project ? Is this possible, and how does it work ?
If you process the images on a local computer you can’t (it is a local installation, just your computer)
If you process the images on a self hosted server / WebODM Lightning you can, via the share button.

The most common way unless Processing using Lightning is to download the files and share using your favourite cloud storage provider.
Google Drive, Icloud, DopBox etc
Maphub.online is one of my favourites specifically for sharing maps.
Here is a map I generated for the now closed Kelowna Okanagan RC club.
