A few years ago i started with a new company and moved from civil construction to oil field construction. This move allowed me a lot of freedom to merge the ideology of the fields. With this company i have integrating GIS technologies into out every day operations. The Most exciting of these was the use of photogrametry. Having falling in love with surveying and its surrounding technologies i am now a Junior at NMSU in their Geomatics program (Survey Engineering). My goal is to break free of the constrictions of the major companies who insist on locking people into monthly fees, forced updates and overall desire for totalitarian control.Web ODM has been a huge part of this. and I hope to someday finish designing a fully integrated system of open source software.
