I have processed these datasets already with the default settings i installed the program with. Now i am attempting to reprocess them again but with the the DSM + DTM option. However, I keep getting an error message after it finishes resizing the images and begins to process the dataset
“Cannot process dataset”
The task output records
RuntimeError: Can’t read tracks manager file (ERROR) The program could not process this dataset using the current settings. Check that the images have enough overlap, that there are enough recognizable features and that the images are in focus. You could also try to increase the --min–num- features parameter. The program will now exit.
I am using drone deploy with overlap settings of 88% and flying altitude of 300 feet over 9 acres. 679 photo’s over terrain.
I don’t’ understand what is going on. Did i miss a setting somewhere? How do you increase the “–min–um- features parameter.”
What are you resizing the images to? If there isn’t a tracks file, then nothing was matched and no features extracted… have you tried re-running these Tasks from load dataset?
You change the options for the Tasks under Edit, Options, Edit. You can then use the filter bar to search for features:
the photos are resizing based on the WebODM program defaults.
I am now processing other images that had different settings and set up for 2D. (camera pointed straight down) Only difference between this and the other with an error is the crosshatch 3D is disabled and using automotive settings of 75% front 70% side speed 7mph,
However the one with error are settings more for 3D where the camera shoots on an angle with the crosshatch.
