I am trying stich the multispectral Micasense image. I am getting wierd ouput on webodm. I have attached the screenshot below.
Follwing Parameters were being used: texturing-skip-global-seam-leveling: true, texturing-data-term: area

Mm, could you share with us the “all.zip” dataset (you can download it from Assets --> Download All)?

@pierotofy I can share all.zip for this image but I can share for the opensoure micasense dataset that I got from odm.

Thanks for the links. This looks like a bug in the WebODM dynamic tiler (probably due to https://github.com/OpenDroneMap/WebODM/pull/893 ). The orthophoto looks fine in QGIS. I’ll see if I can write a fix.
