Why the processing time changes everytime I come back to the dashboard page

Hi All,

I found the time is not consistent. Has anyone noticed it?

Im on Ubuntu 18.04 Google cloud 8 cores 30GB Ram 120GB HDD

The time display “syncs” every 5-10 seconds, but the dashboard tries to make it look “normal” by counting seconds manually. Sometimes this falls off-sync, so refreshing the page shows the true time display.
