The task parameters are: auto-boundary: true, dsm: true, end-with: odm_filterpoints, min-num-features: 100, rerun-from: dataset

What was your front and side overlap? Looking at the images, I suspect not quite enough for a good reconstruction.

100-features is very low, i would have 15000 features and use Hahog flann.

It can also be because of lack of overlapp.
