I take photos using a programmed DJI mavic 2 and use ODM to generate orthophoto.
I notice that sometimes the ortho is shifted, like the image below:
What may cause this, and how can I fix it?
Placement of the ortho is based on a best guess during photo processing. That comes from GPS info in the photos, which is also a best guess based on the drone’s GPS equipment. More photos might help, and ground control points (GCPs) certainly will.
