Can you give us a better idea of your processing parameters, please? It is very helpful in helping to diagnose issues like this 
It might be worthwhile to disable Resize Images as a starting point since the images are 9MP to start and resizing them lower will make it harder to find features and tiepoints.

What do you mean by this?
OpenStreetMap does not let you upload/import orthophotos that I know of.
