I am new to this and am trying to install WebODM after the install of Docker (Mac M1 Chip Version)
It is getting to a certain place in the download process and is saying that a few parts are unavailable and sleeping. What is the deal?

WebODM unfortunately does not run on the new Mac chips. 
I downloaded this… says it’s a preview build for the M1…
So basically I just purchased something that is not going to work… awesome.
This is the error I am getting when its trying to download the WebODM.
There may be a preview docker environment for the Apple silicon, but no docker build for that environment yet for WebODM and all its components.
I can’t speak for him, but my experience is that Piero is quick about refunds for stuff like this.
I have a Windows Laptop that I would like to try it on. Maybe he could let me switch my purchase to the PC?
