I’m brand new to WebODM
Where are all my files etc. stored by WebODM? On my computer and where exactly? And can I possibly change this to save space on my drive? Or is everything stored online in a cloud?
Can i read about this somewhere?

If you are using native Windows WebODM, you will find all your files in \WebODM, some buried more than others!
You can of course export all.zip from your task, and that should place them in your downloads folder.
Alternatively, look in
C/D/E or wherever you have it installed:
D:\WebODM\resources\app\data\media\project
or
D:\WebODM\resources\app\apps\NodeODM\data
