The F-Secure SAFE quarantined the file r.out.png.exe in my Windows WebODM because it was detected as a Trojan virus. Is it a false detection? Thanks.

Almost certainly a false positive.
If you have doubts, submit it to VirusTotal and post the results here.
Also, what version are you running? I think we deprecated GRASS as a dependency a while ago.

Antivirus software sometimes should quarantine itself. 
No, there are no viruses.
