Could you please provide some details about your computer, Operating System, method of installation, and version and build of WebODM? We’re currently on v1.9.11 Build 43 for example:

I apologize in advance, I’m more of an operations guy than a computer science guy, but I’m doing my best.
I’m using a Dell XPS with 16G of RAM running Windows 11, and I successfully processed some imagery locally a few days ago, but I’m now trying to use Lightning to take the pressure off my laptop. I used the paid installer.
I saw your comments in another thread about packet loss and/or unstable connection causing the issue, so I switched from WiFi to a wired connection that’s showing 93mbps both up/down and 0% packet loss. I also checked and you were right, I was using an old build. I’ve updated, so I’ll keep you posted on whether the issue continues.

Update: Not sure whether it was the connection or the build update that did it, but it’s gotten past that hang point and seems to be processing just fine now.
