Upgraded to build 51, now cannot view 3D images

I was using WebODM native windows Version 1.9.0 Build 9, and upgraded to Version 1.9.11 Build 51 this morning.

Prior to the upgrade WebODM was working fine, and able to stitch and view both 2D and 3D images.

After the upgrade, the stitching completes normally, but I am unable to view in 3D. The 3D viewer opens normally, but there is no image. The 2D view seems to work normally.

I tried the Brighton Beach dataset, in addition to a couple of datasets of my own, with the same results.

My computer has the I7 9th gen processor, Nvidia GE Force RTX2060 video card, and 32 gigs of ram.

Nothing in the hardware has changed, only the software upgrade.

Thanks
Jack

I can not say for sure if it is the same since I do not use the windows version. When using the linux docker version viewing via browser this happens from time to time and a ctr+F5 to refresh the page works.

Thanks for the suggestion, I gave it a shot, with no success.
I have restarted WebODM, rebooted the workstation, and still no image appears in the 3D viewing window, just the tools on the left.

Try clicking the View Full Extent button in PoTree:

Thank you, this did allow me to view the 3D image. I did notice that if I close and re-open the image or close and re-start WebODM, I have to clidk the Full Extent button each time to view the image. I assume in previous versions the Full Extent button defaulted, rather than having to be clicked each time.

Thanks for your help.

I ran into another . I ran into another 3D error today, a PoTree error. I uploaded a couple of screenshots describing the error, and verifying my machine supports WebGL.

I was able to use the Full Extent button to view the 3D image but when I clicked to add texture I got the Potree Error.

Thanks
Jack

Could you attach the Report.PDF? At times, PoTree can struggle with larger models.

I uploaded the report.pdf.

Thanks

Ahh, this one might be a bit heavy for PoTree.

Blender, MeshLab, or CloudCompare should all handle it fine.
