Just did a bit of testing using the tif. I’m seeing roughly 0.2m offset between the two datasets in the horizontal, but nearly perfect in the vertical. I’ll test with a full overlap as well once I figure out what dataset makes the most sense. I’m also running a test doing the alignment with the point cloud instead of the surface model and will report back on what I see for that:
