I have tried to cloud process 107 thermal R-TIFF images and I keep getting this error
Output could not be retrieved: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘spark1.webodm.net’, port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=5)
Not sure what this means. I’ve turned off all options but 2D map.
Any help is appreciated.

If you login to your WebODM Lightning WebUI Dashboard, can you see the Task’s status?:
