The ability to add Imagery, Aerial & Terrestrial & 360 Pano Imagery (JPG's) to the Map View for inspection purposes

I would like to be able to overlay the JPG imagery, that’s used to create the Orthomosaic’s and 3D Point Clouds/Models. Simple colored icons can be used to represent the different types of imagery on the map. Being able to click and open the full size image is extremely beneficial when capturing imagery used for Roof, Pavement, & Exterior Building Assessments.
Using a CSV file is the route I’ve looked into the most. I’m not just not sure how to add it to WebOdm. As a Plugin?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
