Still struggling - new to ODM

I am really working at getting a usable output from ODM or WebODM. I purchased credits to try and stitch 750 drone images together from a DJI Phantom 4 and went through the suggested settings.

Things looked pretty bad.

I can code and use command line well enough so I am trying Docker with odm and it is bombing out. I would like to get a good stitched 2 mile section of a highway.

Does anyone have a success story or any advice or can you point me to an instruction manual for ODM with Windows 10?
