My latest attempt has 354 images, and I want to avoid paying $160/mo to DigitalOcean to grind through the dataset so I thought I’d test split/merge. I used a split argument of 100, and the (less expensive) cloud instance handled it well enough (under seven hours) but when I downloaded the all.zip, the report directory only contained shots.geojson – not the PDF that I had been hoping to see. Is this a known issue? Thanks!

This is promising! I definitely like the idea of reporting submodel stats, if only to allow folks to tinker with different split sizes and coverages to see which works best.
