Spit-merge requires native install?

#1

If running split-merge does it have to be with a native install of ODM on Ubuntu 16.04?

#2

I think it does need to be native. @dakotabenjamin?

#3

Yeah, but you could probsbly do it in docker with some docker-fu by executing bash in a running container.

#4

You mean like this?

docker run -it --rm
-v “$(pwd)/images:/code/images”
-v “$(pwd)/odm_georeferencing:/code/odm_georeferencing”
-v “$(pwd)/odm_meshing:/code/odm_meshing”
-v “$(pwd)/odm_orthophoto:/code/odm_orthophoto”
-v “$(pwd)/odm_texturing:/code/odm_texturing”
-v “$(pwd)/opensfm:/code/opensfm”
-v “$(pwd)/smvs:/code/smvs”
-v “$(pwd)/odm_dem:/code/odm_dem”
–entrypoint /bin/bash opendronemap/opendronemap

#5

yes, that would work I think. Here it is slightly adjusted to work with ubuntu:

docker run -it --rm \
-v $(pwd)/images:/code/images \
-v $(pwd)/odm_georeferencing:/code/odm_georeferencing \
-v $(pwd)/odm_meshing:/code/odm_meshing \
-v $(pwd)/odm_orthophoto:/code/odm_orthophoto \
-v $(pwd)/odm_texturing:/code/odm_texturing \
-v $(pwd)/opensfm:/code/opensfm \
-v $(pwd)/smvs:/code/smvs \
-v $(pwd)/odm_dem:/code/odm_dem \
--entrypoint /bin/bash opendronemap/opendronemap
