Skip single (or a few) missing input images for continued MS processing

Hi everybody,

we are starting to test some MS data processing with ODM and had the problem, that the processing pipeline was cancelled because of a missing input image for the green band. Is there a setting in ODM to continue processing, even if 1 or more images are missing for 1 or more input bands?

Currently not, every image needs to be present for each band (but this is a good idea for a future improvement, we’d welcome contributions toward this).

Yeah: you can easily duplicate bands to allow for processing as a pre-processing step. It’s not ideal but should work for many use cases.

Hi Steve, thanks for the quick answer. Just to understand it correctly: for example, if there is a NIR image missing, you would copy the image of that location from another band to the NIR image set?

Yes, I’d pull from another band in the same image.
