Am I allowed to give my clients the WebODM interface application I bought? Yes, I know it’s open source but my concern is about the easy-to-install desktop application (business version) - if that is also considered everyones’ property.

Licenses are per-user, so no (but you could purchase additional licenses?).
If it’s just for viewing results, as an alternative, you could also point them to the WebODM Lightning client (https://webodm.net/static/downloads/WebODM_Setup.exe) which doesn’t have the processing component but it’s free to download and can be used to import/view results.
