I made the 3d survey and imported it correctly. In measuring distances, ther’s an error respect to reality. Is it possible to resize the 3d model knowing a precise measure? thanks a lot!!

We currently do not support things like Scale Constraints from Pix4D, but if you collected Ground Control Points during your survey and use them as part of your reconstruction, you should have much better sizes in the resultant products.
You might also have some success using something like CloudCompare or MeshLab to do the scaling with.
