QGIS Point Cloud Viewing

I am having issues in the latest QGIS with viewing point clouds in QGIS. Is anyone else seeing this: untwine is generating the ept directory, but only the extent is showing. If I load a previously loaded point cloud or generate my own ept, it still doesn’t display.

I see a possibly related issue:

I’ve not checked in a while, but I’ll try when I get home to my Windows desktop. The Flatpak of QGIS is still being compiled without PDAL.

Thanks.

Maybe the back-level PDAL that Ubuntu is shipping is causing issues?

I am uncertain if something got fixed in an update, or if I fixed it with the following, but I noted that for QGIS I wasn’t specifically invoking use of 64-bit packages. I changed my /etc/apt/sources.list entry from:

deb https://qgis.org/ubuntu focal main

to

deb [arch=amd64] https://qgis.org/ubuntu focal main

I use CloudCompare for fiddling with point clouds.
It’s possible to export DSM/DEM to.
