Purchasing tax exempt in the USA

I work for a tax exempt agency and am not allowed to pay tax on this purchase. How can I provide the necessary information and make the purchase without tax?

After your purchase send an e-mail to [email protected] and we’ll start the process for refunding it (unfortunately FastSpring, the payment processor that handles the transaction, doesn’t have a better process for this).
