Yep! I’ll see what I can do shortly.
The job is for a surveying office. I need a point cloud, structured model, orthomosaic and DXF file. Thanks very much
I would drop your GCP if you re-process, as it is a bit not ideal. You just have the two locations on the NW/SW corner of your plot, so the rest of the image will not be scaled and located very well.
Hi Saijin_Naib, have you already been able to generate a result?
No, not yet.
My internet is not terribly fast, so the download took a few hours, same for the upload for processing.
The job is running and I’ll update you when I have results to share with you
Whoops! Gotta retry with my ORB Preset, I guess:
Fused depth-maps 675 (80.74%, 56m50s, ETA 13m)...Killed

Looks great, thank you so much. Can you provide the finished dataset by dronedb? I’ve done another 3d-model this night and it was the same fault.

What parameters did you change to be successful?
The parameters are in the post above under Options.
I’m hoping that they can be a good baseline for your further development!
My second try is actually in process. I hope it works. Can you provide your finished dataset by dronedb? An import into my local webodm should be possible, am I right?
