PROCESSING LOTS OF FILES PROCEDURE? Tile a project into bite size chunks?

I’m new with ODM and I have thousands of files to process / stitch together. Should I process a 100 or so at a time and then reiterate those images until all are one ortho? I mean whats the best way to go about breaking down a “large” project?
