Potree DevTools failed to load - shared link will not work properly

Hello,

WebODM installed on a ubuntu server. All works perfect there (on the unbutu server) no issues.

In the shared link from webodm it gives me the problem below. Some tools (measure/height profile etc) in Potree will not work. Everything seems to loads correct (pointcloud etc).

Were to start…?

[.WebGL-000077E800217600] GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION: Draw framebuffer is incomplete

crazy - so back home. I checked the link and its working. Inside our dmz-network theese functions will not work (except on the server itself, they have worked before, do not know what have changed) - but outside yes. How about that, clearly something is going on…I am lost

Who manages the firewall for you?

Not me

I am just trying to get this wonderful software to work - we are a small company of 25 employee and with only 2 dronepilots. We have our IT-admin that have help me with this. If there is something I can pass forward to solve the problem - I would be very grateful.

First look, I’d say your observations about when and where it works properly are going to be a HUGE asset to your IT Admin. Also, the error messages/log messages you’ve posted above.

In fact, I think linking them to this thread would probably be a great starting point.

If I may ask, when you do get it figured out (if you figure it out before the community does!), could you please post back what the solution was? I’m sure it’ll come in handy for others in the future!

Yes off-course - I will post the solution.
