Pause and Resume?

I am currently trying to process my first large map of approximately 1550 images. What is the best way to pause and resume processing, or is that even possible?
Using the latest Windows version.

You should be able to just close the program. Next time you reopen the program it will resume. Notice that you might lose some time because a particular step might need to rerun from the start (but not the entire process).

On the spinning gear icon, in the rectangle, that says processing - Does the green bar indicate the percentage complete?
