I just signed in to the forum through my github account. When I tried to just set up a user sign in it never sent an activation email. Tried numerous times and never received anything (checked my spam folder).
Just thought I’d see if this is an ongoing issue that someone might want to address.

That’s odd! Give it maybe 24hr or so.
What’s your email provider? Major provider?
Email activation is probably being blocked by a network filter. I’ll dive in. I’ve got some other smtp traffic to get through that filter… .
I had the same problem with a yahoo.co.uk email address I waited 24 hrs after clicking on resend a couple of times and nothing showed up so I just signed up with my hotmail and no probs
