Multiple maps stitched together

Is there a way to stitch multiple maps already processed by odm into one? I see I can view multiple maps at once with the viewer however they dont line up perfectly and the brightness looks off between each set.

Is there a post process that can be ran on them together?

Try Hugin for stitching multiple images together, it can’t be done with completed orthophotos in ODM.
