Monthly payment and maximun images

Hi good nioght,

I’m having the following error "Max images count exceeded.
" eror when I try to process 1373 images, my account is monthly payment and should be possible to upload 1500 images. In parallel I’m running a process with app 1100 images and would like to run another process with 1373.

Thanks for your help.

Sorry for the trouble!

When you check your dashboard, you don’t see any more jobs running, do you?

https://webdom.net/dashboard

Mm, strange. Are you uploading the images via the dashboard on Drone & UAV Mapping Software | WebODM? Or using a WebODM Desktop client (or via some other method)?

You should definitely be able to upload 1,500 images, so this might be some bug.

I’ve looked into this and found a possible cause, which was triggered in cases where a connection is not stable and a file upload is retried multiple times; in these cases the max image count counter failed to account for the failed uploads.

I’ve made some changes to the software, when you have a moment could you try again and see if the issue persists?

Under “Processing Nodes”, can you click the “Lightning” node and confirm that the image limit is 1,500? (Post a screenshot?)

Very strange.

Did you launch the three tasks at the same time or one at a time?

How’s your internet connection? speedtest.net

Hi hello,

I think you have found the issue, the first node is configured to support only 180 images.

First Node

Second node

Shoul I retry using the second node or need I wait for your configuration change?.

Is it possible that one was added with the Secret from a personal account, and one was added with your paid account?

Just remove the node with the 180 image count, which is probably from another account. :+1:

I have removed the node with 180 images and I have launched the process. Now the process failed with the following error : “Connection error: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘spark1.webodm.net’, port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /task/new/upload/dc989b1a-eb0f-42da-bcf8-19ada048eafe?token=db5c76f6-72f8-4b83-b0a5-168ed7efe3e8 (Caused by NewConnectionError(‘<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x000001D80E0DC3C8>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 11002] Lookup timed out’))”

Actual node

What should I do Now ?

Edit the job so that it uses your current Lightning node, or restart the job and choose Auto

Hi Saijin,

I’m using the auto node. I have executed a small process with 195 images. The process finished and I could download the files, but the result shown in WebODM is the following.

Now I’ll try again to run the big process 13xx images again, I´ll post an update as soon the process is finished or failed .

That usually means there was an intermittent connectivity issue between your machine and the Lightning network.

Could you confirm that you’re on the latest WebODM Lightning (v1.2.0):

Or the latest WebODM:

Both have significant fixes to help prevent that issue on network connections that are a bit spotty.

Hi,

Good morning, I have checked the versiíon and I’m in the versión
