Local install no longer necessary?

Hey all,

I originally installed webodm desktop and have completely converted over to using Lightning for all my processing due to an underpowered laptop and the interest in processing larger projects. I assume that because I’m processing in Lightning I don’t need to have the webodm software and docker installed on my machine. I ask because it’s killing a huge amount of disk space and I’d like to reclaim the space to install some video editing software.

Can I uninstall from my local drive or do I need any of it to work with Lightning?

Thanks.

You can uninstall it, assuming you don’t use WebODM to send the tasks to Lightning. :+1:
