.las point cloud dimensions of the coordinates

I would like to get dimensions of real estate from the .las file, but I am very confused about the conversion. Are the axes to be converted from inches to decimeters? This value matches the best with the reality. Or with a factor like 0.2? Does anyone have any experience? Thanks!

LAS file coordinates should be in meters in the local UTM zone.

Would be great, but they are not… 0.2 times the coordinates are meters with about 13 percent deviation

Make sure your images are georeferenced.

All pictures have their coordinates as metadata, so it should work… but it doesn’t

Mm, strange. Like @smathermather said, the coordinates are in meters. If you aren’t seeing the proper coordinates, something is wrong with the reconstruction.

Ok I think I’ve found my problem… I’m importing, converting and exporting it several times in python, I think somewhere is a mistake…
Thanks!
