Landscape is on the wrong slope angle

Any reason why my model has rendered on a sharp incorrect slope angle?
The actual landscape has only a very slight slope…

I see this problem quite often, such as here:

DSM/DTM/PC ground elevation irregularities

The ortho from your do-over 4 is all white and black for me, no detail visible in GIMP, same with the DSM. Screen grabs are probably the best, just post in here if you want to persist with this problem dataset, but I think I’ll call it quits. Perhaps GCPs are the only way to solve this… but the gear to do that is beyond my budget.
