Is QGroundcontrol is compatible with mavic pro

Hi everybody,
I am new in the usage of drone for mapping and I have several questions
Is Qgroundcontrol compatible with DJI mavic pro ? If it is nit.
Can you recommend a good flight planner (free) that is compatible with mavic
Thank you in advance

Not directly, no. QGroundControl is for mavLink compatible platforms, and though I highly suspect DJI’s stack is a fork of PX4, they do not speak/use mavLink.

You may be able to use something like Litchi to convert QGroundControl missions, but as far as I know, there are precious few good flight planners for DJI outside of Litchi, and I’m not sure of any Free/Open-Source ones.

Or if you feel adventurous, install GitHub - RosettaDrone/rosettadrone: MAVlink and H.264 Video for DJI drones

i use the m2pro…i like pix4dcapture for flight planning…it is free, runs on ios or android, and one can customize the flight path, overlap settings, speed, easy…

i have run several pix4dcapture missions through Webodm…

I use DJIFlightPlanner for initial planning, then import into Litchi, where I adjust gimbal angle, flight speed, delays, rotations etc, and height above ground for areas with significant variation in ground elevation. Then fly in Litchi.
