'Invalid zip file' finishing Post Processing on Webodm AWS EC2

Hello, it’s my first time processing maps on Webodm and from yesterday I got a message “Invalid zip file” finishing the Post Processing fase on Webodm. BTW I processed the files twice and I got the same error, all as default settings.

Do I need to install something else like zip or similar?
I attach an image…

Thanks you very much.

Best.

Hey @pemase :hand: check that you are enough free disk space. Perhaps you are running low?

I have about 25 gb free. Or how many space needs to create the zip file?

Thank you for answer

Less than 25GB for ~300 images.

How are you running WebODM (docker, natively, etc.)?

Hello “pierotofy”, thank you for answer me.
Thank you for your advice, that was the problem. I increased to 300GB and the problem was solved.

I appreciate your help.

Best

Q: How are you running WebODM (docker, natively, etc.)?
Yes, I installed manually with docker, python, etc. under Ubuntu.

I’m actually seeing this myself now (Invalid zip file) a lot when I didn’t before (about 1 in every 2 jobs). I’m not running out of storage or RAM, I’m certain of that. If I restart the process from Orthophoto usually on the second time around the process completes successfully. There is nothing useful in the console - last line is “Compressing all.zip”.

The same thing just happened to me. I processed a known good dataset after upgrading to 9.0 and got the invalid zip file error. I ran again from orthophoto step and it finished properly.

Somebody should open a bug in Issues · OpenDroneMap/WebODM · GitHub so that we can keep better track of this (if it hasn’t already been opened).
