I purchased the installer today, installed it but I can't run it. "Exceeded max retries" error.

I installed WedODM with .exe and was unable to run it due to this error in the image above.
I enabled the windows firewall, reinstalled the program, but it didn’t solve.

I’m Brazilian and I don’t speak English, so forgive any mistakes in the words.
