Here is the setup I used in September. The Python Libraries may have changed since then.
I had to code some JPEG and TIFF exception handling.

Nice work on getting it to compile on ARM! We always welcome contributions!
If you have patches to add to the ODM repo so that it compiles more easily on ARM, yes feel free to open PRs (so long as they don’t break things for x64 )
