How to get elevation values of DSM/DTM at specific GPS coordinate?

Hello all,
I was just wondering if there is any way to find the elevation (z value) at a specific GPS coordinate of DSM, DTM, or orthophoto.

For example, can I input the GPS coordinate to get the z value? Or is there a way to export all GPS points and Z values to a CVS file format?

I guess I can load the geo-tif files to other map software to do this but was wondering if this can be done in WebODM as well.

Hmm
You likely could do it with a plugin to interface with grass which we ship with OpenDroneMap.

As you noted, something like QGIS is quite ready for this task.
