How to format image_groups.txt

When using image_groups.txt should I create the file like this
1.jpg A
2.jpg A
3.jpg B
4.jpg B
5.jpg C
6.jpg C

Or also account for the overlap as the sides of the ortho are always a bit uhmm strange like so
1.jpg A
2.jpg A
3.jpg A
3.jpg B
4.jpg B
5.jpg B
4.jpg C
5.jpg C
6.jpg C

Would be grateful for any advice

Overlap is needed.

How do you group the images?

Either is fine, but depending on which, you need a different flag. By default, we assume you have no overlap between the groups and automatically add the overlap. So by default, the first example is fine. If you do the second and want full control of overlap, you will want to set split-overlap to 0.
