How to clean up a butchered windows install?

I did the manual win10 install of docker, git gui, and webodm.
Life was great. With no experience or need to know much about these tools I knew was only a matter of time before I butchered my installation.
Now it’s happened.

Does a concise guide for non-devs exist for removing a installation so that I can try again?
Or does the installer include a function like this built in?

I’m at the point where I’m happy to purchase the installer if it makes life easier. Life is to short and many other things need to be done other than learning the ins and outs of a ancillary thing like Docker.
