Help with download

hi hope you are all well.?
i have purchased the apple (Macbook pro) version and the other two products at 8am this morning its now nearly 1pm. and i still have not had any info at all. i have checked my spam. i have send 4 emails now and no response. is this all to good to be true.? have i just been scammed.?
any help would be much appreciated

I emailed you this morning, but it would appear that your iCloud is full [it bounced my emails] so you can’t send/receive emails. You’ll need to clear out your mail and then we can reschedule.
