Get pointcloud's 3D coordinates from ortophotos 2D pixel

How can I find the correspondence 3D coordinates in the pointcloud from a given 2D pixel from the ortophoto and viceversa?

I saw that webodm has this functionality but using DSM and pyGrass functionalities. I only need a way to find this correspondence.
