I would like to get the orthophoto and the point cloud not in an UTM CRS and I would like to avoid the transformation of the ODM results using GDAL/CloudCompare/etc.
I’m thinking a work around solution. What if I remove GPS positions from the images and I give false UTM CRS in the GCP list file with the coordinates in my target non-UTM CRS.
Is it a possible “dirty” solution to avoid extra transformation? What are the drawbacks removing GPS positions?

Hmm, not sure this would work. I think you’d want to use the geo.txt instead for override of gps positions.
Not having geodata can impact the reconstruction, so it isn’t ideal to be without it.
You can always try and show us what happens!
That’s actually a great hack and should work fine.
