Good morning. I have recently purchased a license to GCP Editor Pro. Could someone guide me on where to actually key in my license number to gain access to this feature? TIA

Did you download the program? https://uav4geo.com/software/gcpeditorpro Check the download links at the bottom of the page.
It asks for the key as soon as you launch it.

Alright. I have produced a file from the GCP Editor Pro. Now, how do I bring it into my project and reprocess it with the gcp file?

Do you process the images without the GCP file first and then reprocess them after adding the GCP file or do you you drag in all of your images plus the created GCP text file and start the process?
